Loving those with Trauma and/or Substance Use
Navigating the complexities of supporting loved ones through addiction or trauma can be a profound challenge. It's a journey that often demands understanding, resilience, and self-care. To help you in this endeavor, I'm delighted to announce an upcoming group session facilitated by Christie Spronk BA, RSW, MSW, where we will explore and support each other in fostering healthier relationships in the face of adversity.
Our sessions are crafted to offer a safe, empathetic space where you can gain new insights, strategies, and connections. These gatherings will take place on January 9, 16, 23, and 30, 2024, from 6 pm to 8 pm. Each session will revolve around specific themes but will organically adapt to address the unique needs of our group members.
Meet Christie (she/her) - Registered Social Worker who focuses on areas such as trauma, PTSD, and addictions. Christie offers a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and most importantly, valued.
