My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I aim to work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions, offering evidence-based therapies such as solution-focused therapy (SFT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their concerns, gain new insights, and develop effective coping strategies. My goal is to empower clients to achieve greater emotional resilience and lead fulfilling lives.
