Hilary has a Master in Counselling and an extensive background supporting adults, youth and families across Calgary, in the non-profit sector. She has worked with a wide array of concerns including stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, parenting and coparenting issues, history of trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, and depression.
Hilary is trained in mindfulness based somatic psychotherapy (Hakomi), EMDR and other attachment-based and neurobiological approaches. She is known for offering a safe and authentic space to support clients sharing their stories and exploring vulnerable inner experiences of the present or past. Her goal is that you come away with new skills, strategies, perspectives and insights that lead you to more clarity, new responses and more satisfaction in your day-to-day life.
Hilary is available Monday through Friday, and offers both in person and virtual appointments.

I love travelling to exciting cities or any place where I can dip in large bodies of water, dining out, being with friends & family and snuggles with my dog Nixon and cat William (even though he can be a a big meanie).
