My name is Erin Mingay and I'm the therapist behind Kiyâm Counselling. I use a holistic and client-centered approach to therapy. My practice is rooted in compassion and creativity. My commitment to you is that I will show up with presence, curiosity, and humility. I offer a safe and open space to show up as you are. Your big emotions and laughter are welcome here. I use a range of evidence based trauma-informed techniques, as well as traditional Indigenous healing practices, to create a therapy model that works best for you.

Availability:
In-Person/Virtual: Saturdays 10am-6pm
Virtual: Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 8am-10am and 6-8pm

Therapy
Include but are not limited to trauma, attachment, anxiety, disordered eating, relationship with self (body image, self-talk, self-worth, identity), grief, and family/relationship counselling.
Personal Interests:
I am happiest out in nature with my dog Lily. I like to spend my free time in the mountains, baking or doing art. I love to knit! I am passionate about self-compassion, mindfulness, and connection.
