Honouring Loss

Our shadow is often a part we don’t want to acknowledge within ourselves and yet it can drive us unconsciously. This December join psychologist, Andrea Hunt, for a Blackbird Healing Arts expressive arts workshop that focuses on knowing and engaging with the shadow with the intent to create wholeness. This 2-hour workshop hosted at Canopy Studios includes art-making processes, guided visualization, and thoughtful reflection.

This workshop is the eighth in an eight-part series of workshops based on the Celtic Wheel of The Year.  Each workshop corresponds to a spoke of the wheel of the year; this workshop to the Winter Solstice. On the darkest night of the year, we are asked to go inwards, to rest, and dream beneath the cocooning night.
