In nature, wintering is a cyclical process of slowing down, reflection, and rest. In this spirit, Andre is grateful to offer a 4-week Drop-In Virtual 45-minute iRest Yoga Nidra Mindfulness Meditation Group every Tuesday in February (7 pm AB time).
Join from your laptop, iPad, or phone from the comfort of your home or wherever is comfortable. There is no need to have your camera on and you can show up however you feel most comfortable.
iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation is an evidence-based approach proven to help bring mindfulness and deep relaxation.
Meet Andre (he/him), M.Sc., R. Psych - Andre is a certified iRest Level 1 practitioner who blends traditional psychotherapy with nature- and meditation practices to support healing, wellness and well-being

Date: February 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th
There is no need to attend all sessions. Feel free to sign up for the nights that work best for you.
