Melanie Anglin Psychology

I work with adults and late teens moving through experiences of trauma, feeling stuck, down, unworthy, mind-body disconnect, anxious, or lost. The first (and all) steps of therapy can take a lot of courage - I meet you where you're starting with genuine and intentional care. I value collaboration and supporting a space for laughter and tears; a space to be human. All parts of your story and voice are welcome.

I bring creativity and experience from diverse mental health settings to our sessions, and approach therapy with compassion and non-judgment. Therapy can involve exploration and empowerment in your goals and story, as well as symptom reduction. I work with you to tailor therapy to fit your unique needs.
