Each person and couple is different and I believe that there is no one- size fits all approach to therapy and my intent is to meet you where you are and hope to provide you with what you need. Therapy can be difficult, fun, exhausting and exciting. My goal is to help you feel supported through the process with acceptance, warmth and empathy.
My approach is non-judgemental , warm and empathetic. I believe change is possible with the right environment, tools and relationship. I look forward to working with you.

Personal Interests:
I love listening to music! Music has the ability to change my mood and transport me to different times in my life by evoking positive emotions. Interestingly enough, if my kids are not in the best mood I turn on some music and like magic they become calm and happy. Music can affect our emotions and here is a tip: it's a form of Free therapy and parenting hack ;)
